Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping so you can enjoy SilverBuds jewelry no matter where you are. Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
Delivery times depend on where your item is shipped from:
Items shipped from Ukraine:
Standard shipping (UkrPoshta): 8–15 days
Express shipping (UPS): 4–6 days
Items shipped from our partner warehouses (SkladUSA, Amazon):
Standard shipping: 4–6 days
Express shipping: 2–5 days
Countries: We ship worldwide
Packaging: Items shipped from Ukraine come in our signature gift packaging by default. Items shipped from partner warehouses come in standard packaging. If you'd like festive packaging or a greeting card added to your order, please leave a note with your order and we'll be happy to include it.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel's journey. Tracking information is also available directly in your account on our website.
Our Shipping Partners
To ensure fast, reliable delivery, we work with SkladUSA, a logistics and fulfillment company with warehouse facilities that partner with major carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx for deliveries within the USA. Orders shipped from Ukraine are sent via UkrPoshta. This network allows us to reduce delivery times and provide a smoother shipping experience for our customers.
Parcel Not Arrived
If your parcel hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, please contact us right away. We will open an official inquiry with the postal service, which typically takes 45–60 days to receive a response. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will offer you a full refund or reship your jewelry of choice, free of charge.
Returns
We want you to love your SilverBuds jewelry. If you're not fully satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Return conditions:
The item must be unused and in its original condition, with original packaging
Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return
Please contact us before sending anything back, so we can guide you through the process
How to return an item:

We'll send you return instructions and the return address
Pack the item securely and ship it back to us
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days
Return shipping: SilverBuds covers the cost of return shipping — you won't pay anything extra to send an item back.
Exchanges: If you'd like a different size, style, or design, contact us and we'll be happy to arrange an exchange once your return is received.
