Shipping

Jewelry will be shipped within 1-2 days after payment is received. Parcel will go for at least 2 weeks. I pack very securely: gift box in the mailbox to prevent damage to the contents. After sending, I'll provide the tracking number and you will be able to track all the movements of the parcel.

Parcel is not arrived

Email me if the parcel not arrived after 30 days. I'm wanted and get the official response from the postal service through 45-60 days. If the parcel is lost, I make a refund or reshipping jewelry of your choice. I take care of my every buyer that you got that ordered and be satisfied.
